Terms & Conditions

“Les Saisons” (also “we”, “us”, “our”) refers to the operators of the Les Saisons carp fishing venue. “You” / “the angler” refers to the person(s) making a booking or visiting the venue.

• All bookings are for exclusive hire of the venue unless otherwise stated.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Les Saisons.
• Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price is fixed.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the session start date will forfeit the deposit only.
• Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the session start date will be charged the full booking amount.
• We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
• Les Saisons reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe weather, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

All anglers and guests must comply with the lake rules and bait policy as detailed on our Rules & Info page. Failure to follow venue rules may result in being asked to leave without refund.

The maximum number of anglers and guests is specified at the time of booking. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior written consent from Les Saisons.

• Arrival is from midday on the first day of your session.
• Departure is by midday on the final day.
• Early arrivals or late departures must be agreed in advance.

Fish welfare is our highest priority. The use of proper unhooking mats, landing nets (minimum 42″) and carp-safe rigs is mandatory. Any angler found mistreating fish will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

• Guests fish and use the venue entirely at their own risk.
• Les Saisons accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property during your stay.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for children at all times. Children under 16 must be supervised near the water.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, facilities or equipment during their stay.

We strongly recommend that all guests arrange comprehensive travel and personal insurance, including cover for cancellation, personal belongings and fishing equipment.

We may photograph or film at the venue for promotional purposes. By visiting Les Saisons, you consent to the use of any images or footage in which you may appear, unless you inform us otherwise in writing before your visit.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
